The Business Development (BD) Lead for Daya Talenta Global will be responsible for driving market growth by actively acquiring demand and securing job orders from corporate clients within the designated region (Japan or GCC). This role is a full-cycle business development function, requiring strong sales acumen to secure client contracts and strategic partnership skills to ensure the successful fulfilment of those orders using the external supply network built by the Project Support team.

Conduct leasing activities for Branz Simatupang Apartment & SSG Build & maintain relationship with prospective & existing tenants Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries & arrange property viewings Conduct sales visits and business development activities targeting companies & schools in Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikarang, and Alam Sutera Coordinate with internal teams to process lease contracts and confirm payments Managing leasing operations, including move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and after sales service Prepare & submit daily activities and sales reports Support marketing events, property viewings, and other promotional activities especially on weekend

As a Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaker) , you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Japan and other international markets. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences by assisting customers with inquiries related to money transfer services, transactions, account management, and product information. You will communicate with customers through various channels, including phone calls, live chat, and email, while ensuring a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints, and anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and associate performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality. Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner and insures that appropriate action is taken. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor and maintain the front office systems and equipment to ensure their optimum performance. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Input and retrieve data using a computer reservation system and utilizing codes for efficiency. · Make reservations and arrangements for events, transportation, local attractions, restaurants, tours, etc. as requested. · Perform check-in and check-out calls, involving luggage handling and the escorting of guests from the front door to the front desk, or vice versa, on a frequent basis, know, understand, and communicate applicable deposit and guarantee policies as requested. · To attend and supervise the daily functions of the concierge, provide information and assistance to all staff level as guests requested. · Maintain knowledge of all emergency procedures, including guest-related responsibilities and evacuation procedures. Assist in the case of an emergency. · Resolve any guest complaints or problems to the satisfaction of guest and hotel within reason.

The R&D Administration & Japanese Interpreter is responsible for providing administrative support to the Research & Development Department while facilitating effective communication between Japanese expatriates and local employees. This role manages departmental documentation, data administration, budget support, and Japanese interpretation/translation to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient project execution.
