Cloud Support Engineer (Azure)

Key Responsibilities – Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Azure environments – Troubleshoot Linux-based systems and cloud infrastructure issues – Support containerized workloads using Docker & Kubernetes – Work with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines – Collaborate with global teams during JST nighttime hours Requirements 1. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure 2. Proficient in Linux command-line environments 3. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform 3. Solid understanding of DevOps & CI/CD practices 4. Programming experience (.NET or equivalent) 5. Japanese (business level) and English proficiency – mandatory Nice to Have – Experience with AWS – Database exposure (SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, Snowflake) Role Details 📍 Fully Remote | Open to all nationalities
