The Business Development (BD) Lead for Daya Talenta Global will be responsible for driving market growth by actively acquiring demand and securing job orders from corporate clients within the designated region (Japan or GCC). This role is a full-cycle business development function, requiring strong sales acumen to secure client contracts and strategic partnership skills to ensure the successful fulfilment of those orders using the external supply network built by the Project Support team.

As a Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaker) , you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Japan and other international markets. Resolve customer complaints, and anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and associate performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality. Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner and insures that appropriate action is taken. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor and maintain the front office systems and equipment to ensure their optimum performance. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Input and retrieve data using a computer reservation system and utilizing codes for efficiency. · Make reservations and arrangements for events, transportation, local attractions, restaurants, tours, etc. as requested. · Perform check-in and check-out calls, involving luggage handling and the escorting of guests from the front door to the front desk, or vice versa, on a frequent basis, know, understand, and communicate applicable deposit and guarantee policies as requested. · To attend and supervise the daily functions of the concierge, provide information and assistance to all staff level as guests requested. · Maintain knowledge of all emergency procedures, including guest-related responsibilities and evacuation procedures. Assist in the case of an emergency. · Resolve any guest complaints or problems to the satisfaction of guest and hotel within reason.
