·  Greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner, maintain the front door area in an organized and clean manner; assist with transportation as needed.

· Answer telephone inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner and employ sales techniques in order to secure and process reservations for guest accommodations in a timely manner.

· Read, retrieve, communicate and verify information including confirmation number to caller. Input and retrieve data using a computer reservation system and utilizing codes for efficiency.

· Make reservations and arrangements for events, transportation, local attractions, restaurants, tours, etc. as requested.

· Perform check-in and check-out calls, involving luggage handling and the escorting of guests from the front door to the front desk, or vice versa, on a frequent basis, know, understand, and communicate applicable deposit and guarantee policies as requested.

·  To attend and supervise the daily functions of the concierge, provide information and assistance to all staff level as guests requested.

· Maintain knowledge of all emergency procedures, including guest-related responsibilities and evacuation procedures. Assist in the case of an emergency.

·  Resolve any guest complaints or problems to the satisfaction of guest and hotel within reason.

主な業務内容

Guest Service Staff is responsible for the daily routine at the Front Desk according to the AXIA South Cikarang Standards, including but not limited to check ins and check outs of all the guests, making sure all guest requests are met and that all of their information and billing details are accurate.

応募条件

  • Male / Female

  • Minimal education Senior High School preferable from Japanese Literature, Hotel and Tourism Major

  • Experience minimal 1 year as a guest service / front office / reception at hotel or service apartment

  • Fresh graduate with Japanese language skill is welcome

  • Proficient with Hotel Information System, Office Application (Excel and Word)

  • Able to read, write, speak and communicate in Japanese and English fluently

  • Possible to assist the guests in Japanese with the hospitality mind

  • Communicative

  • Self-confident person
