Company Description
I began my career as a Japanese interpreter, where I learned the importance of precision, cultural sensitivity, and clear communication. That experience opened the door for me to move into the Business Development department of a Japanese bank, supporting Japanese corporate clients and gaining deeper exposure to strategy and relationship management. Later, I stepped into a broader role as Procurement and Marketing Manager at a Japanese company, leading supplier negotiations, cost efficiency initiatives, and market development efforts. Currently, I lead the HR function (Head of HRGA) in a Japanese organization, focusing on building strong teams, strengthening company culture, and ensuring our people strategy supports business growth. My journey across different functions allows me to see the business from multiple perspectives — both operational and human.
