By accessing and using KakehashiX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including candidates, employers, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

KakehashiX is a professional connection and job-matching platform that connects Japanese-speaking talent with employers seeking bilingual professionals. The Platform provides features including but not limited to:

• Job posting and application management
• Professional profile creation and management
• Community social feed and networking
• Direct messaging between users
• Blog and educational content
• JLPT certification verification

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. User Types

4.1 Candidates

Candidate accounts are for individuals seeking employment opportunities. Candidates may create professional profiles, apply for jobs, participate in the community, and connect with other users.

4.2 Employers

Employer accounts are for organizations seeking to hire talent. Employers may create company profiles, post job listings, review applications, and connect with candidates. Employer profiles may be subject to verification by KakehashiX.

5. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Platform. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

KakehashiX reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KakehashiX (operated by VenturesLink) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KakehashiX, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
