Job Description : Develop a standardization of company's financial and accounting system. Manage as well as improvement (kaizen) of company's current financial system. Oversee company's cash flow, time deposit, bank accounts etc. Oversee company's A/R & A/P of the company. Ensure timely monthly financial report to the management. Manage regular payment to vendors/suppliers, tax office & related parties. Manage and complete company's financial audit every year. Handle tax audit process with the tax office (if any). Communicate with tax consultant, tax office and related companies.
