About the Role
Requirements:
- High school / S1 graduate or equivalent.
- Speak fluently in Japanese Language
- High sense of responsibility toward the company and assigned job duties.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Willing for Freelance
- Communicate effectively with Japanese guests.
- Build and maintain strong communication with Japanese clients, including regular follow-ups.
- Recommend appropriate treatments based on each Japanese client’s needs.
- Ensure Japanese client reservations are scheduled accurately and confirmed in advance.
- Retain existing Japanese clients and ensure their continued satisfaction.
