About the Role
Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 level) and proficient in English for business meetings.
- Able to support and attend meetings with Japanese expatriate and external clients.
- Willing to handle additional responsibilities, including HR-related tasks, when interpreting assignments are not required.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a company or on-site environment; fresh graduates are not considered.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with flexible working hours and occasional overtime.
- High availability and mobility; able to commit to work schedules that may require extended hours or urgent support.
- Must have experience beyond back-office interpreting; candidates with a background in marketing or operations and direct client interaction are preferred.
- Contract-based employment (PKWT).
- Salary: Max. IDR 15 million.
